SELF-CARE FOR SUSTAINABLE WELL-BEING

You cannot pour from an empty cup. Yet most of us keep trying. In four hours, you will stop treating self-care as indulgence and start treating it as the skill that keeps everything else standing.

Description

WHO THIS IS FOR

This course is for anyone in a peer support or well-being role who wants to sustain their capacity to show up for others. Whether you have been nominated as a Well-being Champion, are active as a peer supporter, or simply find yourself being the person others lean on, this is where you learn to refill your own cup.

No prior training required. Recommended after completing the Foundational PFA, but open to all.

WHAT YOU WILL WALK AWAY WITH

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

  • Understand the Dimensions of Wellbeing and how they interact in your daily life
  • Identify your personal early warning signs of stress and depletion
  • Build a personalised self-care strategy grounded in evidence
  • Commit to daily wellness rituals that are realistic and sustainable
  • Sustain your capacity to support others without running on empty
