The Well-being First Responder (WFR) is a programme by the Well-being Champions Network (WCN). It is a national initiative supported by the Tripartite Alliance Limited, which is jointly set up by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF).
